		<description><![CDATA[The San Bernardino Rail Historical Society has a real locomotive of the same type. It&#039;s in operable condition and is used for occasional excursions. It&#039;s a far more visceral experience than Koons&#039;s replica. As you can well imagine, the cost of operating such a machine is prodigious. I&#039;m sure the society would be overjoyed to get a fraction of the money that is planned for this toy
