		<description><![CDATA[I was getting ready for my move back to LA from New York when this project was completed.  For me and many of my friends, the waterfall seemed like an interesting idea, but not something amazing enough to capture our attention.  Between the great artwork available to New Yorkers on a daily basis, whether that be on the streets, in a gallery, or in a museum, and the events going on at the time (elections, Queens shooting protests, etc.), it seemed a little trivial.]]></description>
