		<description><![CDATA[I met George Kuwayama through his contacts with the Token Kai, an organizatin dedicated to the Sword of Japan many years ago, and have enjoyed the work he has done at the Los angeles Museums.

I am very glad to read of his work with respect to Chinese and Japanese contacts with North and South America during the Age of Exploration. This is a rich area of history which is almost totally unknown, as the attention of past historians has been focused almost entirely on Spain and the Caribbean regions.]]></description>
